Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In-stock items typically ship within [1–2 business days] of your order being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery estimates
Once shipped, estimated transit times within the continental US are:
- Standard: [3–7 business days]
- Expedited: [2–3 business days]

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods can affect timing.
Shipping costs

Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere within the continental United States. We do not yet ship to [AK / HI / PO boxes / international] — for freight, bulk, or special delivery needs, please contact us and we'll find a solution.
Tracking your order
Every shipment includes tracking, sent to the email on your order. You can also check status anytime under My Account → Orders.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, let us know within [7 days] of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to make it right. See our Return Policy for more on damaged items.
