These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services. Circuit Supply, a DBA of Pro Audio Enterprises, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this store. By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

We sell new and refurbished electronics. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change. While we work hard to keep product, pricing, and availability information accurate, errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. Product availability is not guaranteed.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or limits on quantities. Your payment is processed through our payment processor (Stripe), and a charge occurs in accordance with its terms once your order is accepted.

Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers. Approved business accounts may be eligible for invoice payment terms under a separate B2B arrangement; until an account is approved, all orders are payable at checkout.

Details on delivery options, timing, and costs are described on our Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier for shipment.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days, as described in full on our Return Policy page. Please review that policy for eligibility, conditions, and the refund process before requesting a return.

Refurbished items carry a 30-day limited warranty against defects. Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Where applicable, products may also be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
