Sunday can’t fail, and nobody on your volunteer team signed up to be the engineer. We plan, troubleshoot, and document your sound, in-ears, and livestream remotely, so the service runs the same whoever’s at the board.
Church AV has to work for volunteers, not just engineers. We plan worship sound, stage monitoring, and livestream systems around who runs them on Sunday morning — with saved scenes, labeled patch points, and a stream mix that matches what the room hears.
Most congregations fund AV across giving seasons, so every plan is phased: the vocal chain and console first, then coverage and stage volume, then the livestream. Each phase stands on its own and sets up the next.

Usually one of three things: an upload connection that can’t hold the stream’s bitrate, audio and video taking different paths with different delays, or an encoder that’s overloaded. A short clip and a look at how your audio reaches the stream is usually enough to tell which.
That is the design goal. We plan saved console scenes, a dedicated livestream mix, and one-page run sheets so a volunteer team can operate the system without a dedicated engineer.
We start with photos and a short clip from you, then a remote walkthrough on a call. That covers what a sound and stream plan needs; your local installer handles the on-site build.
Our sample 150-seat sanctuary Blueprint phases the console and vocal chain at $4,000–$7,500, speaker coverage and in-ear monitoring at $5,000–$12,000, and the livestream at $2,500–$6,000. A larger full-band sanctuary is typically $25,000–$45,000.
No. We work remotely and don’t make site visits. You get installer-ready scope documents and an equipment schedule, so your installer, electrician, or in-house team can quote and build from the same plan.
The first 15–20 minute call is free. If you need more, a Setup Review is $149: 45 minutes going through your setup and telling you what to fix first. A Complete Setup Blueprint is $399–$699, and Project Coordination starts at $1,000, scoped after your brief.
