Sample deliverableThis is an example of what a Complete Setup Blueprint delivers — for an imagined 150-seat sanctuary. Your blueprint is built for your room, your volunteer team, and your budget cycle.
A 150-seat sanctuary with a five-piece worship team, rebuilt so a rotating volunteer crew can run Sunday morning — and phased across three giving seasons.
A rectangular room with a rear balcony, so coverage is designed from the seating map: splayed mains for the floor, dedicated under-balcony fills, and an SPL target agreed before install. The console is digital with a saved Sunday-morning scene, channels labeled in plain language, and a locked layer for everything a volunteer should never touch. The livestream gets its own bus mix plus two ambience microphones — never the room mix — and stage volume moves in-ear so the mains, not the backline, decide what the congregation hears.
| Item | Why it’s in the plan | Phase |
|---|---|---|
| Digital console with scene recall | A known-good Sunday starting point any volunteer can load | 1 |
| Wireless headset mic + shelf spare | Sermon intelligibility is the one non-negotiable | 1 |
| Vocal microphones ×4 | Consistent worship vocal chain, labeled per position | 1 |
| Digital stage box + wiring | One cable from platform to console, no analog snake | 1 |
| Mains + under-balcony fills | Every seat in direct coverage, designed from the seating map | 2 |
| In-ear monitor packs ×4 | Wedges out of the room; each musician mixes their own ears | 2 |
| PTZ camera + streaming computer | One-volunteer stream: fixed wide shot, one-action start | 3 |
| Ambience microphones ×2 | The stream hears the congregation, not just the console | 3 |
